Abstract: In this article the assessment of a chain of Russian fitness clubs "Miss Fitness" opportunities according to Porter five forces analysis for the purpose of increasing the competitive capacity of clubs is carried out: threat of new entrants and substitute products or services, bargaining power of customers buyers and suppliers as well as intensity of competitive rivalry are analyzed.
