Abstract: The work is devoted to the study of the unique solvability of nonlocal boundary value problems for a degenerate second-order equations with discontinuous transmission conditions. The question of the existence of the problem solutions is reduced to the equivalent of the Fredholm integral equation solvability and the uniqueness of the solution set based on the energy integrals method.
Key words: boundary value problem; the integral equation; the method of energy integrals.
