Abstract: Wind energy is a method of obtaining various types of energy, based on the use of energy generated by the movement of air masses. For the efficient operation of even the most advanced modern vane-type wind turbines producing electricity, a wind speed of more than six meters per second is required. In this connection, there is a need for new technical solutions that do not have flaws in air-driven vane converters based on aerodynamics of aircraft. Work in small winds, be quiet, reliable, relatively inexpensive. Such a solution can be a vertical (carousel) low-speed sailing wind generator.

Key words: Green energy, wind energy, wind, wind power, aerodynamics, wind turbines, wind energy utilization factor, lobed wind converters.
