Abstract: In this paper we consider one approach encoding information on topological surface - when to encode information easy enough, but to return the original data on the basis of three-dimensional the surface is almost impossible. Meanwhile the 3D surface is nothing like a Mobius strip broken through triangulation. At present it is necessary to develop and explore topology, and aim to link its achievements with the real world in practical tasks.
