Abstract: The article discusses modern problems related to domestic violence that need timely resolution. It is said that violence can be directed against each family member and can lead to serious consequences for the victim. Describes the role of the media in attracting public attention to the problem of domestic violence and highlighting ways to prevent it. It is noted that it is important to understand the social, cultural, economic and political factors that contribute to such phenomena in order to develop effective programs and prevention measures. At the same time, it is necessary to create an accessible and effective support system for victims of domestic violence, including crisis centers and the provision of advisory and legal assistance.
