Abstract: The article is deals with elaboration results concerning with theoretical bases, methods and hardware-software tools for bioregulatorika, received by «Regulatorika» group during 50 year. The given information technology assists in correction of organism condition in anomalies field for the purpose of moving into area with normal functioning. The bioregulatorika method is based on fundamental results on modeling and controlling living systems at norm and at anomalies taking into account time mutual relations in system of their regulation, processes cooperation and nonlinearity of biological feedback and is applied at an inefficiency of medicamentous treatment of the cancer and other diseases connected with regulatory mechanisms disorder.
