Abstract: In article it is shown an urgency formation of information culture of youth. It is noticed that the all-around development and introduction in all spheres of life of information and communication technologies, fast increase and updating of volumes of information resources, lifting of value of the information for increase of scientific and spiritual level of youth, brings essential requirements to formation of information culture in a civil society. Formation of information culture of youth mentions many structures of a civil society. Level of information culture of a society defines I.Q. of youth and stable development of a civil society.
