Abstract: This article discusses an approach to the implementation of a web application for analysis and forecasting of the spread of harmful substances into the atmosphere, based on the use of map and weather web services' API. For a description of the studying process, there was developed a mathematical model of transport and diffusion of pollutants in the atmospheric boundary layer, which takes into account some parameters that significantly affect the process such as weather and climatic factors and terrain elevation.
