Abstract: In this article the author analyzed a problem of poetic interpretation of art means "Kutadgu bilig" and the relation of turcologists of the world to this question. Besides, the author shows ways of translation transformation on the modern languages. In the center of attention of the article there is a problem of the analysis of translation way in reconstruction of the graphic means applied in the first poetic work of ancient literature "Kutadgu bilig" on foreign languages, particularly into modern Uzbek, Russian, Turkic, German and English languages. Here is defined the features of application of translation ways: specification, generalization, choosing of options, the usage of false equivalents, antonomical translation. Their reflection in the translation text with establishment of positive and negative sides is shown, and also it is offered equivalent variants of translation. As a result of the analysis the equivalent target text to the usage original is defined. As a result of the comparative analysis of the existing translations from the original a number of offers in improvement of future translations of the ancient Turkic work into the modern languages.
