Abstract: In this article authors give the generalized material, showing technical and ecological safety, financial viability, and social necessity of development of atomic industry of republic. Kazakhstan, possessing the enormous supply of deposits of uranium - the cheapest fuel for nuclear power plants, by front rank, ecologically clean technology of his booty and skilled engineering and working shots, there simply is under an obligation to use this unique potential.
