Abstract: This article examines and discusses issues related to the railway sector, in particular, the manufacture of slats of the lower dimension of the railway from rubber, which are a warning device that serves to ensure the safe movement of railway transport. Also studied issues related to the structure and components of the railway track, track gauge, sleepers, fasteners and other engineering structures and arrangements. The advantages of rubber planks are considered in comparison with planks made of wood material.
