Abstract: In the context of import substitution, it is advisable to refer to the foreign experience of localization policy. It not only creates new jobs and production on its own territory, but also encourages the development of knowledge-intensive industries, fuels domestic companies, turning them into strong competitors at the global level, and guarantees national control over strategic industries.
