Abstract: In the article, studying various approaches to the concept of economic resources, the authors propose to consider economic resources as a set of all elements of production that are used in the process of selling and creating material and spiritual goods and services that can be used to create another product or for final consumption . The analysis conducted on the example of Uzbekistan showed what measures are being taken by the government to digitalize the economy during the pandemic and what needs to be done for the government. The author suggests some measures for optimal distribution of economic resources by applying two approaches to solving the problem of optimal distribution of economic resources.
