Abstract: The purpose of this study is to design an alternative application for grant funding for the construction of a unique thematic coniferous-deciduous forest with elements of tropical flora in the vicinity of the village of Beynetkesh of the Pervomaisky district of the Tolebiysky district of the Turkestan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan with its further transformation into a national nature park. The present, according to the forecasts of foreign experts from McGill University in Canada, as well as Dublin University in Ireland, should have a sharply positive impact and have a beneficial environmental, economic and social effect not only on the Tolebi district, but also on the entire Turkestan region.
