Abstract: This article highlights professionalism and professionalism, a teacher’s beliefs, values, and responsibilities to become a professional. Also, the development factors of a teacher’s professional identity and the beliefs, values, and responsibilities of teachers in their professional roles depend on their self-expression and their interactions with colleagues to create a specific image of the “teacher’s self”.
