Abstract: Methodological approaches to the implementation of the concept "University 3.0" in the domestic higher school, developed by universities with varying degrees of innovation activity, are considered. It is shown that the main component of the concept is a scientific component that allows to transform the educational process in order to educate creative specialists who ensure sustainable socio-economic development of society and create products of scientific activity with high demand by the industrial environment for their commercialization and obtaining economic preferences. To implement the concept of "University 3.0" in the domestic educational space, the creation of a specialized innovative structure based on the integration interaction of scientific, educational and industrial organizations, ensuring the implementation of research and educational activities within a single intellectual field, has the greatest prospect.
