Abstract: The article describes efficiency increase of technological schemes of producing profile shapes from ferrous and non-ferrous metals by using roller dies considered by the example a calibrated steel hexagon and a contact wire. Describes the advantages of using a housingless roller dies and their dual sets, given examples of their effective use in the industry.
