Abstract: The article examines the role of the leader of the enterprise team to ensure their effective activity in the production of import-substituting products. The authors identified a list of competencies that must possess the leader, the head of the staff of the enterprise to be able to successfully perform the formulated objectives and tasks in order to provide this to the company and successful execution of production to consumers demand products and be able to answer for failure to perform obligations only in such a Union possible guarantee of successful activity of enterprises of light industry of the regions of the SFD and skfo about filling markets demanded and competitive products.
