Abstract: The article presents the theory of evolutionary formation of employment by supporters of classical, Keynesian, monetarist, theory of institutionalism and analysis are given in terms of some representatives of sociological theory. The conceptual framework is considered and main questions of employment development are disclosed by considering today’s requirements.
