Abstract: One of the most important issues is the need to effectively combat organized crime in the Kyrgyz Republic, as practice has shown the lack of the necessary procedural tools for law enforcement agencies to disclose complex crimes committed by organized crime at the national and regional levels. The new concept should be seen through the prism of efficiency and functional-economic reasonableness.
