Abstract: The article presents a program for the development of the archaeological circle at the Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University, which functions in the university since 2015. The project has socially important character and is directed to activization of activity of teenagers and youth. It consists in ensuring assistance to protection and restoration of historical and cultural monuments from the studying youth which within organized and systematic group work will have professional competences and experience in this field of activity and the professional equipment.
