Abstract: The article outlines the main periods of the formation and development of the modern collision law of the Kyrgyz Republic. Three main stages of state legal system development in the context of collision law are considered. The author comes to the conclusion that collision law starts its formation and development during the period of Kyrgyzstan's existence in the USSR. Prior to this period there are no elements of collision regulation in private law.
