It is shown that its implementation in the educational space of the national higher school contributes to its economic-centered development and the destruction of the traditional principles of the existence of universities based on the formation of a harmonious personality with a high level of intellectual potential, the use of which in the functioning of socio-political systems contributes to their sustainable innovative development.
