Abstract: The article develops a formalization of the phenomenon of “social laziness” (Ringelman effect), a cognitive model with semantics (with semantic variables), a multidimensional mathematical model (with numerical variables) that implement formulaic and phraseological descriptions of behavior visualized on graphs (by 6+3=9 indicators ) 2 subjects (social leader and his subordinates). 12 semantic variables were introduced into the model (in accordance with the Ringelman effect): 6 - independent in meaning, 6 - mutually dependent. Mathematical parameters and z-, y-variables have been introduced: both uncorrelated (y-) and correlated (-z). To test the real phenomenon “social laziness” with algebra, a verbal model was formulated and a Cognitive Model of the Phenomenon “Social Laziness” was developed. The model discovered the proportions between the shares of information inherent in the variables (y1,y2,y3,y4,y5,y6). Of the 6 developed semantic-word equations, only 3 with 6 semantic variables are practical solutions to the Cognitive Model. The model has extracted new knowledge and is adequate to people’s real ideas about the social leader and his employees.
Key words: multisense equation with known and unknown semantic variables, Cognitive Model of the Phenomenon “Social Laziness”.
