Abstract: This article discusses methods for increasing the efficiency of the structural division of the railway company “Uzbekistan railways” JSC - the construction company Eyvalekmakhsustemirbeton JSC. The main performance indicators of a construction company were calculated, such as the sensitivity of NPV to a decrease in income, the sensitivity of NPV to an increase in costs. The cumulative cash flow of the structural division of the railway company “Uzbekistan railways” JSC - the construction company Eyvalekmakhsustemirbeton JSC - has been determined. The internal rate of return of the project of JSC “Eyvalekmakhsustemirbeton” was calculated. The sensitivity of the investment project of Eyvalekmakhsustemirbeton JSC to changes in the inflows and outflows of money for the project has been determined.
