Abstract: The article is devoted to mutual relations between Azerbaijan and Ukraine after 2000. Here it is shown that in the short period of time, great achievements in the field of education have been achieved between the two countries and close scientific cooperation has been established between the universities. The article concludes that the achievements thanks to the attention and care of the presidents of the two countries.
