Abstract: Among the urgent investigative actions in the case of theft of personal property, it is very important and urgent that an inspection of the scene of the incident is considered which, as is known, is not only a "repository" of significant evidentiary material, but also serves as an important source of information about the circumstances of the crime and the person who committed it . The results of the survey are used in the production of other investigative actions, operational search activities and largely determine the direction of further investigation in the case.
