Abstract: The review is focused on principal stages and methods of in vitro clonal micropropagation of fruit cultures. Special emphasis is laid on auxiliary bud propagation technique and method of adventitious shoot regeneration from leaf explants of sour cherry, cherry, peach and apricot. Some aspects of plant material testing for virus infections have been reviewed as well as certain problems of genetic stability preservation depending on propagation model.
