Abstract: The purpose of this work is to develop an information-analytical system of parameters of artificial Earth satellites, designed to accumulate, store, display and process information about artificial Earth satellites for the purpose of geolocation. To achieve this task, it is necessary to develop: special software with a graphical interface, a service for storing and providing access to information, a service for automatically collecting and updating information from open sources. It is also necessary to provide interaction with an external service for calculating trajectories.
