Abstract: The features of management of marketing activity at functional level in industrial enterprises are discusses in this article. The implementation of important marketing activities at the enterprises of the oil and gas chemical engineering industry is studied are examined on the basis of the analysis. Potential opportunities for expansion of marketing activities for the extraction of raw materials and marketing of final products are disclosed. The dynamics of industrial development in Azerbaijan, the main indicators of the sphere of oil machine building and enterprises of OJSC "Azneftkimyamash"are analyzed. A number of proposals for optimizing marketing activities, taking into account the specifics of marketing approaches at a functional level in industrial enterprisesare given.
