Abstract: The aim of the present study is to investigate of rosehip growing wildly in the mountainous region of Georgia. The method of high-pressure liquid chromatography was used to the quantitative analyze the L-ascorbic acid of the pulp of rosehips after drying the ripe fruits. The peaks on the chromatogram indicate a high amount of vitamin C in the samples, which proves the feasibility of developing herbal medicines for the treatment and prevention of many diseases.
