Abstract: The article presents the results of the influence of the quantitative content of the latent hardener and vulcanizing sulfur groups on the physical and mechanical properties of polymer composite materials based on styrene-butadiene rubbers for shoe soles. It is experimentally proved that the quantitative ratio of the latent hardener and sulfur vulcanizing groups significantly affects the physical and mechanical properties of polymer compositions, the optimal values of which are achieved at 2.5-4 wt. h. of the hardener per 100 wt. h. of the polymer.
Key words: latent hardener, polymer composite materials, physical and mechanical properties of polymers.
