Abstract: In the context of structural changes in the socio-economic sphere and the modernization of economic sectors in the republic, it is necessary to carry out reforms in the field of housing and communal services, which is one of the main components of the social sphere. Based on the Action Strategy for the Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021 and the country's Development Concept until 2030, the modernization of the industry, taking into account the existing potential in the regions through the introduction of market mechanisms, as well as the introduction of effective management mechanisms, is a prerequisite. The article considers the theoretical and methodological foundations of housing and communal services management. The classification of housing and communal services is analyzed. Based on this, the author develops integrated indicators of the housing and communal services market.
