Abstract: It was on the basis of a sudden raise of national movements in Armenia and Azerbaijan. In 2020 the period from September to November has become the bloodiest months since the end of Karabagh war in 1994. After the persistent fights, Azerbaijani troops at last could manage the control over the cities. On November 10. 2020, a joint statement on a complete cease- fire and on all the military operations in the territory of Nagorno- Karabagh conflict was issued.
