Abstract: The article discusses the design of the design of an inclined directional operational evaluation well in order to restore oil production from an inactive field in the coastal zones of the coastal waters of the Caspian Sea. Materials of previously drilled wells and standard calculations were used to design the well structure. This work can be used to select the design for the development of fields in difficult-to-digest marine shallow waters, for trouble-free conduct of the drilling process in difficult mining and geological conditions at abnormally high reservoir pressures.
