Abstract: A solution to the problem of safety of hypertensive patients with increased blood viscosity is proposed. A special salt mixture has been developed. The salt mixture consists of the following components, wt. %: sodium chloride in the form of rapidly dissolving flaked table salt - 30-40; dry cherry leaves, crushed to a pulverized state - 20-30; dry raspberry leaves, crushed to a dusty state - 20; dry roots of calamus ordinary, crushed to a dusty state - 10; dry leaves of Echinacea purpurea, crushed to a pulverized state - 5; dry dill, crushed to a pulverized state - 5. The proposed antihypertensive salt mixture has a reduced content of sodium chloride. Moreover, its salinity is identical to that of ordinary table salt. Does not cake during the year. Contains special herbal ingredients that normalize blood viscosity and blood pressure. It has an anti-thrombotic effect. It is intended for use instead of ordinary table salt for the prevention of hypertension and thrombosis. Recommended for therapeutic nutrition of hypertensive patients with increased blood viscosity.
Key words: table salt, blood viscosity, thrombosis, safety of patients with hypertension, food salinity.
