Abstract: This article is devoted to the problems of teaching phraseology in a foreign language audience. Phraseology textbooks and teaching aids, focused on teaching in a foreign language audience, are analyzed. The specificity of the selection of phraseological units (topics), the amount of phraseological material presented in them, as well as the forms/types of work with phraseological units are revealed.
