Abstract: The article dwells on the essence of the systematic approach, since its application is significant in the study of any subject and phenomenon. The system approach embodies the idea of a universal connection of phenomena, the relationship, interaction and mutual influence of various processes. In this regard, the role of the fact in the determination of the actualness in humanities and natural sciences is very important, first of all, it is necessary to compare and systematize all the facts and to analyze the experiment and to identify the main and to single fact that explains the grounds of scientific research into one single system. In reference to it, a fact is a system of consistent, ordered properties and relations of phenomena it is necessary to define a single phenomenon, which not only appears as a set of facts, but determines the theory either. It should be taken into account that the fact itself is a system of sequential ordered properties and relations. It is underscored that the consistency of the fact makes it possible for scientific knowledge to penetrate into the structure of a scientific fact and consistently analyze its content. This understanding scientific fact is insisted on by materialism recognizing the fact as an objectively existing phenomenon and a multifaceted multilateral event.
