Abstract: The analysis of the process of managing the development of an organization is carried out through the operation of such categories as "development" and "management". Managing the development of an organization is an integral part of the management and social management processes. Social management includes the processes of leadership and leadership. The concept of "development" is closely related to the concept of "change". The development of an organization, or organizational development, involves taking into account such factors as the culture of the organization (organizational culture), its philosophy expressed in the mission, image.
