Abstract: We research the problem of the organization of topologically fault-tolerant subsystems in the scalable computing system (CS) in the presence of unique nodes in the information topology of the task being solved. The method of configuring of fault-tolerant subsystems in case of scarce topological fault-tolerance of CS is offered.
