Abstract: The Cuban Censorship Committee investigated the matter. The fact is that the creative work of the Caucasian intellectuals is being dubbed. The process is under way in the process of the Caucasian Censorship Committee. In the statue it is possible to bring about different patterns, which are directed to the committee. The article presents the suppression of the creative initiatives of the intelligentsia of the Caucasian Bureaucracy in the Tsarist Russia.
