Abstract: The article approves a software product for selecting a package of materials for the costume of the Armed Forces servicemen to protect them from the effects of low temperatures, in which the elbows and knees are the most vulnerable. For their protection, studies were conducted using new materials to assess the possibility of forming packages of materials in the form of overhead parts for the costume of servicemen, the results confirmed the effectiveness of using the software product in the formation of such packages to protect the ulnar and knee joints from exposure to low temperatures.
