Abstract: In this article the issues related to the influence of the state youth policy for the modernization and continuity on the formation of a new spiritually rich generation are analyzed. It systematically examines the progress and success of this policy on the formation of the young generation's sense of responsibility for reforms undertaken in Uzbekistan.
