Abstract: The objects of the study were polyurethane thermoelasto-graphite (PUTEP) obtained by the reaction of 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, a complex hydroxy-acid polyester with a molecular weight of 2000 (polyethylene glycol adipate) and 1,4-butadiol (industrial name VITUR-T-1413). It was found that the dependence of the logarithm of the effective viscosity (ef) of the PUTEP melt on the shear stress at different temperatures in the investigated shear rate range (from 1 to 100 s-1) is parallel straight lines. This makes it possible to use the analytic dependence of the effective viscosity on temperature to describe the rheological behavior of PUTEP melts, taking into account also the influence of the shear stress on the viscosity of the melt. As a result of our work, it becomes more and more obvious that the structure and properties of mixtures of carbon-chain and heterochain polymers are determined by many factors, such as the thermodynamic means of the components, their molecular weight, the degree of phase dispersion, the ability of the components to crystallize.

Key words: rheology, composition, shift, thermodynamic means of components, molecular weight, degree of dispersion, phase, component, crystallization, Viscosity, melt, component.
