Abstract: The foreign policy of the United States of America (USA), in particular the foreign policy activities of the Middle East region, is based on neoconservative ideas at certain times. This article focuses attention on issues such as the relationship to the religion of Islam in the system of neoconservicviativ visions, the Islamic factor in the implementation of neoconservative conjugations, the influence of Islamic States and international terrorism, the US-Israeli relations in the foreign policy of neoconservatives.
