Abstract: In this article the notion of “consumptive conduct” is defined. In author’s opinion, the consumptive conduct is considered to be complex actions, adapted under the natural and social conditions in order to meet the needs of a consumer in products and services and realizing his or her desires in consumption. The conduct of consumerism in an individual is formed under the influences of different factors. The author analyzes the impact of cultural, social, personal and psychological factors on the consumptive conduct of an individual.
