Abstract: The article reflects the necessary aspects that determine the result of professional expert activity, such as the competence of the forensic expert, his training, expert didactics. The concept of expertology that combines the epistemological process in the development of technological activities, including the study of the processes of obtaining, analyzing and processing information in the dynamics of the examination. The basic principles of the structures of the model of judicial expert activity, which are important in the proceedings, as a predictive function, which is simultaneously a derivative of recoding information. As a result of Genesis, there is a new integrity and system of interaction of previously established facts transformed into a system of evidence.
