Abstract: This article deals with the verbalization of the concept of "beauty" in Uzbek classical poetry, in particular, the creation of beauty through lexical units denoting the names of animals (animals, insects). Conceptual-cognitive metaphors formed by zoonyms are analyzed in expressing the level of emotional-expressive assessment of the subject.
