Abstract: In the 21st century, China gradually promoted urbanization, and the construction of the third line gradually opened people's vision and attracted attention from more and more scholars. The assets of the third-line construction are mainly distributed in the central and western regions. "Backer, scattered, entering the hole" is the policy of the distribution of the third line construction. Now the research object of how to revitalize the third line construction has become the local economic development. In order to promote the combination of local red military culture and tourism culture, to build the construction of third-tier areas in the new era.
