Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of semantic features of words with the meaning of "soul", which emphasizes the informational role of the English-language mashundai lexemes. Based on the material of the studied language, it consists in determining the content and essence of the semantics of "soul", the features of their application in the text and their role and meaning. The concept of "soul" and the structural, semantic and functional properties of their constituent units are studied.
